The upper floor contains one bedroom with 1 French bed measuring 135 cm wide and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower and WC, air conditioning, and fan. Additionally, there are 2 more bedrooms on the upper level, each furnished with 2 beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length, and equipped with air conditioning. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
