The first bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm and benefits from a private shower room with WC, as well as its own exit to the garden. On the upper floor, a large room of 35 m2 serves as the second bedroom, appointed with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm, a private bathroom with bath and WC, and a flat screen television with DVD player, along with direct access to the terrace. The third bedroom on the upper floor is furnished with 1 french bed measuring 140 cm x 200 cm and features a private shower room with WC, also with access to the terrace.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. A generally good standard property, in a fantastic quiet location a five minute drive from the lovely village of Menerbes. On the negative we were not happy with the cleanliness of the pool and the downstairs shower.
