This elegant 6-room maisonette, named "Jeanne D'Arc LOFT Montagne," extends across approximately 200 square metres and is oriented to the south, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the lake, the mountains, the valley, and the surrounding countryside. The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and is distributed across 2 levels, connected by a spiral staircase, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms thoughtfully arranged throughout.

On the main level, a spacious and tastefully furnished living and dining room welcomes you with a large open-hearth fireplace and cable television, along with a separate WC. Direct access to the south-facing terrace is available from this area. The open kitchen is fully equipped and features a bar, an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, a raclette grill, and a fondue set (chinoise). The first bedroom on this floor is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bathroom with a bath, WC, double hand-basin, and cable television. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with an en-suite shower and WC. The third bedroom also features 2 single beds of the same dimensions and includes a private shower and WC, along with direct access to the terrace.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via the spiral staircase, you will find a large playroom with a bar and television, a generous lounge area, and a sauna.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
