The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or groups seeking a spacious and refined retreat.

The main living area features a generous open-plan living and dining room, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and cable television, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. From this level, direct access leads out to a large terrace with a south-facing and east-facing orientation, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, the mountains, the valley, and the surrounding countryside. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a dishwasher, and a microwave, and is complemented by a bar area. Capsules for the Nespresso coffee machine are available as an extra, and a fondue set (chinoise) is also provided.

The 3 bedrooms are thoughtfully configured to suit a variety of guest arrangements. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds and features a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed and includes a bath, WC, and a double hand-basin. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
