The living and sleeping area are combined into one welcoming space, furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, ensuring a restful stay. An open kitchen is fully integrated into the main room, offering excellent functionality for self-catering. The bathroom includes a bath and WC. A south-facing balcony of 7 m2 extends the living space outdoors, complete with balcony furniture and offering a very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. A box-room is also available within the apartment for additional storage needs.

The apartment is equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities designed to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen is outfitted with 3 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the NESPRESSO-compatible coffee machine are available at an extra charge. Additional kitchen equipment includes a raclette grill and a fondue set for cheese, making the apartment particularly well suited for cosy evenings in. Entertainment is provided through cable television and a radio. Heating is available throughout the apartment to ensure warmth during cooler periods. A hair dryer is provided for personal use. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
