"Jeanne D'Arc Apt. C-19" is a charming 3-room vacation rental spanning 59 m2, situated on the 2nd floor with a desirable south-facing position. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and features 2 dedicated bedrooms alongside a well-appointed living and dining area. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom offers 2 beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for all guests. The living and dining room includes 1 sofabed measuring 165 cm in width and 190 cm in length, a dining table, and direct access to the balcony. A second exit to the balcony is also accessible from one of the bedrooms. The apartment features 1 shower and WC bathroom. The south-facing balcony extends across 15 m2 and offers a very beautiful view of the mountains, furnished with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs.

The apartment was partly renovated in 2022 and is presented with comfortable and beautiful furnishings throughout. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a combination microwave, a raclette grill, and a fondue set (chinoise). Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. Entertainment is well catered for with a flat screen cable television, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player in the living and dining room. Heating is available in the apartment, ensuring comfort throughout your stay. Additional facilities include an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot, and a hair dryer. Free WiFi internet access is provided. Pets are welcome in the apartment, with a maximum of 1 pet or dog permitted. A washing machine and dryer are available for guest use in the building, located in sector C.

The apartment is reserved exclusively for non-smokers. A foldable baby bed is available; however, please be aware that it is provided without bed linen and without a duvet. Guests requiring this item should make the necessary arrangements in advance to ensure a comfortable stay for younger guests.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
