"Ardève 7" is a beautifully appointed 4-room vacation rental spanning 100 m2 on the 1st floor, with a south-east facing position that offers a very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for families or small groups seeking comfort and style in a mountain setting.
The living and dining room forms the heart of the apartment, featuring an open-hearth fireplace used exclusively for decoration, and direct access to a large balcony where terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs invite you to enjoy the surrounding scenery. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Capsules for the Nespresso-compatible coffee machine are available at an extra charge, and a raclette grill as well as a fondue set — including chinoise and cheese options — are also provided.
Of the 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms each feature 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a radio. The third bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom with a bath, WC, and hand-basin. A separate shower room with WC serves the remainder of the apartment.
