"Ardève 13" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental spanning 85 m² on the 3rd floor, designed to accommodate up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and restful retreat. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it an ideal space for additional guests. The living and dining area is warm and inviting, centered around a Scandinavian wood stove that creates a cozy atmosphere, and opens directly onto a south-facing balcony of 25 m², where balcony furniture is provided for your enjoyment. From this elevated vantage point, you are treated to a very beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valley. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and is equipped with an oven, 4 induction hot plates, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese, along with a dining table that comfortably serves the entire group. The bathroom includes a bath and WC, and there is an additional separate WC for added convenience.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
