This convivial space is furnished with a dining table and a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing flexible sleeping arrangements when needed. From the living area, you have direct access to the large south-facing balcony of 11 m2, equipped with balcony furniture and 4 deck chairs, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the panoramic scenery in complete relaxation.

The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom with a bath and WC. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is served by a separate shower room with WC. The apartment also includes a fully equipped open kitchen seamlessly integrated into the living space, complete with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, as well as a fondue set available in both chinoise and cheese variations. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge.
