"Ardève 12" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental apartment spanning 125 m2 across 2 levels, situated on the 3rd floor in a south-facing position that offers breathtaking mountain views. The property comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal retreat for families or small groups.
On the main level, you are welcomed into a spacious living room of 31 m2, complete with an open-hearth fireplace and television, as well as direct access to a 16 m2 south-facing balcony with very beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The open kitchen is fully equipped and features an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set (cheese). A dining table and a separate WC complete the ground-level layout.
On the upper floor, the first room contains 2 single beds (each 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length) as well as 1 double sofa bed (170 cm wide and 230 cm in length), and is served by a bathroom with bath and WC. The second room features 2 beds (each 80 cm wide and 190 cm in length) and is served by a shower and WC. Please be aware that some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area such as a gallery or alcove, rather than in fully enclosed bedrooms.
