The living and dining area is warmly furnished and features a DVD player, with direct access to a balcony oriented toward both the north and the east, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The first bedroom is equipped with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and opens onto a balcony with an east-facing orientation. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a south-facing balcony. The third bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms, one configured as a bath with WC and the other as a shower with WC. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and seamlessly integrated into the living space, making the overall layout both functional and inviting for extended stays.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
