The 1st bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the 2nd bedroom features 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace from a west-facing position. A luggage room with a dedicated dressing room provides generous storage space. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and also benefits from terrace access on the west-facing side. The apartment is served by 1 bathroom with a combined bath and WC. The expansive terrace of 60 m2 wraps around both the north and west sides of the property, furnished with terrace furniture and 6 deck chairs, making it an ideal space to enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill, as well as a fondue set for cheese, making it ideal for self-catering. Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. The living area is enhanced by a fireplace, adding warmth and ambiance to the space, and heat is available throughout the property to ensure year-round comfort. A washing machine is provided for guests requiring laundry facilities during their stay. Entertainment is well catered for with a television and cable TV connection, as well as a DVD player in the living room. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
