The first bedroom is a spacious double room featuring 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, complete with a private shower and WC, as well as its own access to the balcony. The second bedroom is a comfortable double room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The third bedroom is a smaller room fitted with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it ideal for younger guests or additional occupants. A separate bath and WC serves the remaining bedrooms, ensuring convenience and privacy for all guests.

A generous balcony of 25 m2 extends across the apartment, oriented toward both the north and the east, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
