The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space, ensuring a seamless and functional layout throughout. The apartment offers 2 bedrooms: the first is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from direct access to the terrace, while the second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The apartment includes 2 bathrooms: the first is a shower room with WC, conveniently located adjacent to the first bedroom, and the second is a full bath with WC. A balcony with a north-facing and east-facing position completes the layout, offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.

The open kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
