The living and dining room is a welcoming communal space featuring a double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, offering additional sleeping flexibility for guests. From this area, as well as from the open kitchen and one of the bedrooms, direct access leads to a roofed terrace of 24 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and offering a marvellous view of the sea and the resort. The open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, and a freezer. The first bedroom is furnished with a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and includes a private shower and WC. The second bedroom also features a french bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is equally appointed with a private shower and WC. The third bedroom offers a french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and provides direct access to the terrace. A third shower and WC is available as a shared facility for guests occupying the third bedroom and common areas.
