The second double bedroom is equipped with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm, a dedicated kitchen corner, and a shower/WC, and benefits from direct access to a balcony with a south-facing and west-facing position. A third room provides 2 beds and its own bath/WC, with access to a balcony enjoying a south-facing and east-facing exposure. The apartment also features a generously sized open kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
