"Bristol C40" is a beautifully appointed 3-room vacation rental apartment of 62 m2, situated on the 4th floor with a partly renovated interior completed in 2025. The apartment features modern and elegant furnishings throughout and accommodates a maximum of 5 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living and dining area is equipped with a sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing additional sleeping flexibility, and opens directly onto a south-facing balcony offering panoramic views of the mountains and the valley. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, includes its own bath/WC, and also benefits from access to a balcony with a north-facing position. The second, smaller room features 2 wall-trunk beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and similarly opens onto a north-facing balcony. A second bath/WC serves the remaining guests. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and includes a dining table, making it ideal for shared meals. An additional south-facing balcony completes the outdoor space, furnished with balcony furniture and 2 deck chairs, while a smaller north-facing balcony provides further outdoor access.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The open kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine.
