A separate WC provides additional convenience for guests. The living and dining area is spacious and elegantly furnished, featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and a flat-screen television, with direct access to the balcony and a south-facing as well as west-facing orientation. The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living space and comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set. The apartment also benefits from a generous 30 m2 balcony with south-facing and west-facing positions, complete with outdoor furniture and a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
