This space opens directly onto a large south-facing balcony of 18 m2, offering very beautiful panoramic views of the mountains and the valley. A flat-screen television is also present in this room, and a full bathroom with bath and WC completes the facilities on this level.
The 1 dedicated bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm, a second decorative open-hearth fireplace, and a flat-screen television. This room provides access to a smaller north-facing balcony and is served by a private shower room with WC, bringing the total number of bathrooms in the apartment to 2. Both balconies are furnished for outdoor relaxation.
