The second bedroom features a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower with WC, and air conditioning, also with direct access to the terrace. A large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table completes the ground floor, likewise opening onto the terrace. A separate WC is also available on this level. On the upper floor, the third bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a shower, a double hand-basin, and air conditioning. A separate WC is also found on this floor. The villa benefits from a generous terrace of 150 m2 offering a very beautiful distant view of the sea, furnished with terrace furniture and 4 deck chairs.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
