At the heart of this green setting stands the large rectangular swimming pool, measuring 15 x 5 metres with a depth of 1.40 metres, located approximately 5 metres from the main house. The pool is lined in sand-coloured PVC with an elegant edge crafted in typical Trani stone, and it features five wide steps for easy water access. It is equipped with a chlorine purification system complemented by an ozone treatment system. The surrounding lawn is perfectly manicured, creating an inviting space for sunbathing and outdoor relaxation. The villa's external lighting system is fully automatic and completely customisable by guests, ensuring that every corner of the outdoor areas can be enjoyed comfortably during the evening hours. An equipped outdoor veranda provides an additional space for al fresco dining and leisure, directly accessible from the pool area.
