In the sloping section of the property, a large orchard features olive trees alongside a variety of fruit trees including cherries, plums, pears, apples, nashi pears, persimmons, figs, sour cherries, and kiwis. The splendid panoramic portico, directly accessible from the kitchen via a French window, is the ideal spot for outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade, with the swimming pool just 5 metres away.
