The characteristic village of San Feliciano is 1.5 km away and can be reached by a short walk. In Magione, about 5 km away, you will find supermarkets and shops of all kinds, and in Corciano a large shopping centre.

The house is comfortable, furnished with particular taste by the owner with local antiques, has a large living room with sofas and an antique fireplace, two comfortable double bedrooms and a smaller one perfect for a child.
