Acceptance of animals must be authorised in advance by the owner, who requires prior communication of the number of animals, their size, and breed. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The stay is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided under the policy terms.
