Description
The 8 bedroom Villa Sant’Angelo is immersed in the enchanting Tuscany hills. It’s an old country manor which once belonged to the noble family of Conti Ghezzi who loved to spend their holidays here.
Recently restored it has managed to maintain its original charm thanks to the rare finishings: antique wooden beams, terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces in the large rooms, choice of colours and the very large illuminated environment.
The furniture has been carefully chosen, both functional and comfortable, but distinguishable with the elegant Tuscany classical style furniture which can be found in most homes today.

At guests disposal:
The villa is completely enclosed by a fence and has an independent entrance and enjoys complete privacy. A large garden surrounds the house and here there is a private swimming pool (16m x 8m depth 1.5 mt).
From here, following a footpath, you can reach a lake, tennis court, and also other trekking footpaths within the densely thick woods.
Our guests are free to explore the farm and have free access to the large biological vegetable garden which has been cultivated using old traditional methods.

The above-ground octagonal swimming pool, measuring 6.40 x 3.40 meters with a constant depth of 1.20 meters, is situated approximately 30 meters from the cottage on a lower level, reached via a short sloping path laid with Chianti stones in a distinctive lost steps pattern. The non-heated pool is lined in PVC and equipped with internal lighting, a chlorine purification system, and a wooden ladder for water access. The surrounding solarium area is shaded by oak trees and furnished with sunbeds and deckchairs, while a cold-water shower is conveniently located at the side of the pool. The pool is available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and the appearance of flowering plants and garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.

Four nice apartments in a farmhouse situated on a large farming estate (30 hectares) with woods, vineyards, horses and “cinta-senese” breeding (kind of pig typical of the area around Siena). This property, offering a total of 4 units, is in quiet and panoramic location and enjoys extensive views over the surrounding landscape. The access to the property is via an unpaved road of 2,3 km.
