The Villa Principale houses 6 bedrooms including 4 double rooms, 1 triple room, and 1 quadruple room, complemented by a large fully equipped open kitchen and a spacious living room designed for reading, relaxing, and socializing. On the ground floor of the main villa, you will find a welcoming living room, the equipped open kitchen, a bathroom, and 2 double rooms each measuring 180 x 200, both featuring private showers and accessible to guests in wheelchairs, with one also offering access to a private garden. Ascending to the first floor, you will discover a double room measuring 180 x 200 with a private bathroom, living room, and television lounge, followed by another double room of the same dimensions with a private bathroom and television lounge. The property is available from April 1st to October 31st. Two service options are available to enhance your experience: Option 1 includes concierge service for all your requests along with bed linen and towel change on Wednesday, while Option 2 provides daily breakfast delivery with a housekeeper who will make up the beds and clean the kitchen each morning during a 3-hour service period. External chefs are not permitted at the estate, though you may arrange for a private chef or cooking classes through the property upon request. Social events accommodating more than 22 guests can be organized through the property's partners following management approval.
