Villa Annarosa is a fully staffed property, with a cook, maid, and gardener included in the rental rates. The house chef prepares all meals, and meals and beverages will be charged to the final bill. The rates include bed and household linens, breakfast, concierge service, daily house cleaning, electricity, water, gas, gardener, guardian, internet WiFi, and tennis court access. Services not included in the rates are beverages, child meals, dinner, extra person charges, full board, half board, hammam use, hammam treatments, heating of the swimming pool, lunch, massage, and the tourism development tax. Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out is required by 12:00. A security deposit of 1,500 EUR is required and must be paid in the form of a credit card pre-authorization, meaning the amount is not debited from your card.
