The property features 3 terraces in total: a garden terrace equipped with sitting and dining facilities, a terrace with a solarium situated on the bedroom level, and a third terrace on a lower level that includes an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off on the warmest summer days. Guests of Casa La Riva have exclusive access to a private indoor pool reserved solely for their use, in addition to a shared outdoor pool available exclusively to residents of the 5-house complex, open from 9 AM to 6 PM between May 1st and October 10th, subject to weather conditions. A semi-private beach with direct private access is also available, allowing you to reach the sea with ease and privacy. The breathtaking garden surrounding the property is a true botanical treasure, featuring olive trees, lemon trees, tangerine trees, and pomegranate trees, harmoniously blended with species characteristic of the Amalfi Coast, including the carob tree, Opuntia vulgaris (prickly pear cactus), aloe, giant agave, Euphorbia Canariensis, and Bougainvillea, as well as stramonium, echeveria, cycas, clematis, euphorbia, hibiscus, and jasmine. Casa La Riva is situated approximately 70 steps below the main road, comprising both pathways and staircases, and guests should be aware that access to the property requires navigating this descent and ascent on foot. To facilitate luggage transport, the use of local town porters is strongly recommended. Porter fees vary depending on the time of arrival and mode of transport. Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out must be completed by 10:00. Subject to availability, early check-in and late check-out may be arranged with a supplement. A minimum stay of 7 nights applies during high season, with arrivals and departures on Saturdays; a minimum stay of 3 nights applies during low season. Upon arrival, a refundable security deposit of 1.000 euros will be required to cover any accidental damages to the property, and this amount will be returned to you prior to departure, less any applicable charges. A city tax of 2,50 euros per person, per night is not included in the rates and must be settled with the final balance via bank transfer; please be aware that this amount is subject to change. Additional daily cleaning services are available upon request. Guests are kindly required to carry copies of their passports throughout their stay.
