Podere Peteglia is made up of a Main house and a cottage, and has a private pool exclusively for guests.
Thanks to 7 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, the property can accommodate up to 16/18 people.

The garden, extending over approximately 1,500 square metres on a hilly terrain, is mostly laid to lawn and enlivened by fruit and olive trees, colourful flowers, and traditional Tuscan herbs. Numerous panoramic areas are distributed throughout the garden, each offering breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding Versilian landscape. The outdoor dining area, furnished with a table, is positioned under a portico adjacent to the swimming pool and a traditional brick barbecue, creating an ideal setting for al fresco meals. The non-heated swimming pool is located on the same level as the ground floor of the villa, approximately 2 metres away, and offers a spectacular panoramic view of Viareggio and its blue sea. Rectangular in shape and measuring 3.5 x 7 metres with a constant depth of 1.15 metres, the pool is lined in sky-blue soft PVC and equipped with chlorine purification and large steps for easy water access.
