A minimum stay of 4 nights applies throughout the year, with the exception of the period from 20/06/26 to 29/08/26, during which a minimum stay of 7 nights is required with arrival on Saturday. The rental rates are inclusive of gas, water, and electricity consumption, as well as final cleaning, a midweek change of bed linens, bath towels and pool towels, a midweek cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms lasting 3 hours, a welcome basket with breakfast items, and a baby cot.
