The non-heated infinity pool is positioned in front of the villa and commands a stunning panoramic view of the surrounding landscape. The pool terrace is partially paved with terracotta and is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. It is worth noting that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you find upon arrival.

On the first floor, a large dining room is connected to the main kitchen. There are also 2 open-plan areas, each comprising a kitchenette and a living room, and each equipped with an external staircase that provides independent access to the property. The sleeping accommodation on this floor consists of 3 double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as 2 additional double bedrooms, one of which features a divisible bed, and 1 single bedroom. 2 further bathrooms with shower complete the first floor.
