The non-heated infinity swimming pool measures 17 x 5.50 meters with a depth of 1.50 meters and is open from 1st May to 31st October. In the Main House, the ground floor features an impressive and colorful entrance hall from which the main staircase leads either to the roof terrace above or to the en-suite bedrooms below. On one side of this floor is a spacious and welcoming living area, and on the other, a modern and light-filled dining area with a well-equipped open-style kitchen. Adjacent to these communal spaces are 2 large en-suite bedrooms, one configured as a double and one as a twin or double, both enjoying uninterrupted sea views from their private terrace. All rooms on this level open onto the long belvedere terrace overlooking the vineyards. On the lower level, 3 comfortable double suites are arranged along large corridors lined with an exuberant display of artworks. Each suite presents a delicate blend of Italian finishes and premium fixtures, and each opens onto an arcaded patio with an exclusive view of the sunken garden. All 3 suites include a private dressing room and a dedicated bathroom. On the roof terrace, the open-air kitchen and dining area complete the Main House experience. The Pool House is a fully self-contained separate building located near the pool area.
