This is a new complex of 4 Apartments for rent in Vinci, Tuscany.
The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.
Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

When you arrive you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. For your pleasure you will find a pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of shopping. Also available outside are a patio and barbecue grill. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday rental where they can spend time together in the common areas, like the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.
