Iris House is registered under CIN IT082071B46XFTI49V and CIR 19082071B456164. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. For arrivals after 9:00 PM, a surcharge applies and must be settled in cash on site. The rental price includes gas, water, and electricity consumption, one set of bath towels per person, and bed linen. Pets are not permitted at the property.
Additional costs are to be paid on site in cash and include a security deposit of 700 euros, a final cleaning fee, and a tourist tax of 2 euros per person per day. A crib and high chair are available upon request for families travelling with young children.
