The acceptance of pets at the facility must be previously authorised by the owner, and guests are required to communicate in advance the number, size, and breed of any animals they intend to bring. A mandatory extra cleaning fee applies for stays involving animals. The Zer0Dep Guarantee is included in the rental rate, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either upon balance or on arrival.
