The farmhouse is enveloped by a generously sized, fenced private park of approximately 2,000 sqm, set within a picturesque hillside landscape. The garden is richly planted with tall olive and cypress trees, a small vineyard, fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and a varied collection of potted plants arranged around the house. A stone barbecue is available for outdoor cooking, and shaded pergolas provide comfortable spaces to relax during warmer hours. A chicken coop is located in a more secluded area of the grounds, adding to the authentic rural character of the estate. In the rear section of the property, directly accessible from the ground floor living areas, a furnished veranda with a dining table offers an enchanting setting for outdoor meals, framed by uninterrupted panoramic views over the authentic landscapes of the Crete Senesi. The non-heated swimming pool is positioned at the rear of the farmhouse in a slightly lower setting, reachable in just a few steps from the various ground floor exits.
