Lined in PVC and equipped with 3 large internal steps for easy water access, the pool features salt purification and both internal and external lighting, allowing for evening swims in a beautifully illuminated setting. The surrounding stone-paved sunbathing area is furnished with umbrellas and comfortable sunbeds, and a cold and hot-water shower is conveniently located on one side. This property is situated on the hills surrounding Volterra and enjoys amazing views of the Tuscan landscape. All of the 6 units have been recently restored and are furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. The well-groomed outside areas provide gazebos, nice paths, fruit trees and a large pool with open-air shower and sun-beds. The property owners, who are very friendly people, live only a short distance away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Volterra con general stores 10 km away, the beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 60 km away, Florence approx. 70 km away.
The beaches of Cecina are in a 1-hour drive.
