A fully-equipped BBQ is also at your disposal for outdoor cooking. Please note that the photos of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
The non-heated swimming pool is situated in the lower part of the property, approximately 40 metres from the house, and is reached by a flight of steps across the lawn in front of the main entrance. The rectangular pool measures 6 x 12 metres with a variable depth ranging from 0.50 to 1.50 metres, and is lined in sand-coloured PVC. It features Roman steps for water access, as well as both internal and external lighting along the perimeter. A large solarium in travertine surrounds the pool, shaded by generous umbrellas and furnished with comfortable deck chairs, small tables, and a gazebo. Adjacent to the gazebo is a small annex containing a bathroom with shower and a changing room. The pool is bordered by large vineyards and is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. The garden and pool are reserved for the exclusive use of guests.

The bathrooms on this floor include 1 bathroom with a Jacuzzi and shower, 3 bathrooms with shower, and 1 bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower floor, accessible directly from outside, there is a self-contained small apartment consisting of a sitting room with a stovetop and a double sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with a fan, and 1 shower bathroom. Please note that within the property, a barn located 50 metres from the main house is reserved for the owners' use. Should the owners be present on the property, they will remain entirely discreet and fully respectful of guests' privacy.
