On the ground floor, the holiday villa in Tuscany, offers a large living-room, a dining room, a perfectly equipped kitchen, a single bedroom and two double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom. All three bathrooms have a shower, sink, WC and bidet.
On the upper floor are two living rooms – one with a large fireplace – a small study, a double bedroom, two rooms with twin beds and a laundry room. The two bathrooms, one with bath/shower and the other with shower only, have a sink, WC and bidet.
Next to the villa for vacation, which has an overall area of 240 sq.m,, is the fascinating 12th century Tower, 95 sq.m on five levels. The Tower was inhabited in the 15th century by the cartographer Paolo Toscanelli dal Pozzo, who had a decisive influence on Christopher Columbus’ decision to sail west in search of the East Indies.
Inside is an equipped kitchen with fireplace, a single bedroom, a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet.

Lined in PVC and equipped with 3 large internal steps for easy water access, the pool features salt purification and both internal and external lighting, allowing for evening swims in a beautifully illuminated setting. The surrounding stone-paved sunbathing area is furnished with umbrellas and comfortable sunbeds, and a cold and hot-water shower is conveniently located on one side.
