An additional security deposit of 1,000 euros is payable in cash by the client directly to staff upon arrival, along with a food extras deposit of 1,500 euros, also payable in cash directly to staff on arrival. All expenses must be settled in cash prior to departure.
The rental price includes gas, electricity, and air conditioning, ensuring year-round comfort throughout the villa. Daily cleaning is provided for 4 hours per day, seven days per week, and linen changes are carried out weekly with an additional mid-week change included. An advance shopping service and a standard shopping service are both included, along with porter assistance for all luggage on arrival and departure. Firewood for the fireplaces is also provided as part of the inclusive package.
Heating for the house and pool is available at an additional cost, with pool heating requiring a minimum of 2 to 3 days to reach the desired temperature.
