The non-heated swimming pool is set in the most private area of the property, on a lower terrace approximately 20 metres from the villa, reached via a few steps or along a dedicated path. Rectangular in shape and measuring 4 x 8 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 1.70 metres, the pool features submerged entry steps, a PVC lining, a stone-paved border, internal spotlights, salt-based water purification, and a waterproof cover for overnight use. The surrounding sunbathing area is furnished with a large umbrella, small tables, sofas, and sunbeds, as well as a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

A fixed barbecue is located just a few steps away, making outdoor cooking a natural part of the experience. The above-ground octagonal swimming pool, measuring 6.40 x 3.40 meters with a constant depth of 1.20 meters, is situated approximately 30 meters from the cottage on a lower level, reached via a short sloping path laid with Chianti stones in a distinctive lost steps pattern. This property is situated among green hills but at the same time it is very close to the small town of San Donato (walking distance) offering nice restaurants, pizzerias and all main services.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable for any kind of car.
