Villa Orion holds license number ETV-0978-E. The property accommodates up to 6 guests and operates under a minimum stay requirement of 4 nights, extended to 7 nights during the months of July and August. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 20:00, and check-out must take place between 08:00 and 10:00. A late check-in service is available between 20:00 and 00:00, and also between 00:00 and 09:00, subject to the applicable surcharge. A security deposit of 2,000 euros is required upon arrival and will be refunded at departure, less any deductions for damages. The rental price includes electricity, gas, water, garden maintenance, swimming pool upkeep, and one cleaning session with a change of bed linen and towels per week. A final cleaning fee is payable upon arrival. Additional services are available upon request and subject to prior acceptance, including an extra bed charged per day, a cot charged per day, a highchair charged per booking, and a reservations fee charged per booking.
