Upon arrival, a security deposit of 2,000 euros is required, which will be returned upon departure, less any applicable charges in the event of damages. The rental rates are inclusive of a comprehensive range of services, covering air-conditioning, heating, gas, water, electricity, final cleaning, a weekly change of bed linens, a midweek change of bath towels and pool towels, daily cleaning of the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms for 3 hours, and a welcome basket with breakfast items.
