The rectangular pool measures 8 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres and features a large step and a ladder for water access. The border is finished in travertine marble, while the inner lining is in light-coloured PVC. The pool is purified with chlorine and is equipped with an outdoor cold-water shower, as well as lighting both inside the pool and in the surrounding area. The sunbathing area adjacent to the pool is furnished with sunbeds and an umbrella for your comfort.

The tourism tax applies from 1 March to 31 October at a rate of €1.50 per person per day for the first 5 days of the stay; children under 12 years of age are exempt from this charge. The rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The stay is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning you do not pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival, and you benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of €1,500.00 and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
