Smoking is not permitted inside the house, and pets are not allowed. Children are welcome at the property; however, they must be supervised by an adult at all times when using the pool. A safety fence is in place around the pool, and please note that no swimming guard is present. Events or gatherings may not be organised at the property without prior approval. The property must be returned in the same condition as at check-in, as additional fees may otherwise be applied. Staff members speak English and Spanish and are available via an emergency contact provided at check-in.
