It is worth noting that the caretakers, described as discreet and kind, occupy a portion of the villa in an entirely independent position and do not share any of the outdoor spaces, garden, or pool with guests, ensuring full privacy of the common areas. A lift is available for use upon request. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen service and both initial and final cleaning. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival.
