A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 150 cm, its own shower and WC, air conditioning, and a private exit to the terrace.
