On the ground floor, the living room offers a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere, complete with a digital TV and air conditioning. Adjacent to it, the dining room also benefits from air conditioning and provides direct access to the garden and the swimming pool. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this level, fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor further includes 1 bedroom with a French bed measuring 150 cm, its own shower and WC, air conditioning, and a private exit to the terrace. A separate shower and WC, as well as an additional separate WC, complete the ground floor bathroom facilities.

The upper floor hosts 3 additional bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning and a private shower and WC, and each offering direct access to the terrace. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
