The living and dining area is bright and welcoming, furnished with a digital TV, and flows naturally into an open kitchen fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and capsules for the coffee machine in both capsula grande and capsula pequeña formats. The kitchen is also served by air conditioning and a fan. The single bathroom features a shower and WC. From the apartment, there is a direct exit to the terrace, from which guests can enjoy a distant view of the sea, the resort, and the town.
