The garden, paved in Orosei marble and enriched with dry stone walls, olive trees, bougainvillea beds, and native Mediterranean vegetation, provides a lush and tranquil backdrop for outdoor living. The ground floor terrace opens directly from the main living area through large sliding glass doors, seamlessly connecting the interior to the solarium and pool terrace. This shaded dining area is furnished with a large table positioned beneath a white painted wooden canopy, creating an ideal setting for alfresco meals. The upper terrace on the first floor features a stone table and a built-in barbecue, offering panoramic views of the sea and serving as a refined space for outdoor entertaining. The non-heated swimming pool is rectangular in shape, measuring 8.5 x 4.5 metres with a depth ranging from 1.30 to 1.60 metres. Finished in Orosei marble and accessible via 2 steps on each side, the pool is equipped with a salt purification system and internal lighting. The surrounding solarium, also paved in Orosei marble, is furnished with sun loungers, ottomans, tables, and an outdoor shower, and is complemented by perimeter lighting. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photo shoots are typically carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the garden may differ from those visible upon arrival.
