This elegant 4-room vacation rental spans approximately 150 square metres across 3 levels, offering a comfortable and well-appointed retreat for up to 6 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across its floors to ensure privacy and convenience for all occupants.
On the main level, you will find a spacious living and dining room complete with a dedicated dining nook, an open kitchen, and a separate WC. The living area opens onto a balcony, where you can take in the breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains and the canal. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living space benefits from tasteful furnishings, with partly sloping ceilings that lend the apartment a distinctive and charming character.
On the first upper floor, a large double bedroom features a panoramic window and is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This floor also includes a shower and WC.
On the second upper floor, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, each with access to a private balcony. The first room is furnished with 2 beds, each measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a full bathroom with a bath, shower, and WC. The second room on this floor features 2 beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Terrace furniture is provided for your enjoyment of the outdoor spaces.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The kitchen features a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. Gas heating is available throughout the property to keep you warm during cooler periods. For your entertainment, the living area is equipped with a television with cable connection, as well as a CD player and a DVD player.
