On the first upper floor, you will find 1 large double bedroom with a panoramic window and 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, accompanied by a shower and WC. The second upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms: 1 room with 2 beds each measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, served by a full bath, shower, and WC, as well as 1 room with 2 beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Both rooms on the second upper floor offer direct access to a private balcony. Several areas of the apartment feature charming sloping ceilings, adding to the tasteful and characterful furnishings throughout. The property enjoys a very beautiful view of the mountains and the canal, making it an exceptional retreat across all 3 of its levels. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in total.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
